RETURN POLICY

Tallman Enterprises customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to Tallman Enterprises. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. Tallman Enterprises will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, call 1-661-472-9889, or email us at info@lawenforcementsuppliesandaccessories . A customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.

Tallman Enterprises will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA #'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Restocking Fees

Non-defective merchandise returned to Tallman Enterprises for any reason other than a mis-ship of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.

Q. How can I pay for my invoices?

A. Tallman Enterprises allows for many different payment options. You. We can charge a credit card once you give us authorization. Note: all new international customers must pay their first couple orders via wire transfer. Email me for wire Transfer requirments

Q. What happens to back ordered items?

A. There are several options available for back ordered items. Ideally, there would never be back orders but Tallman Enterprises offers so many items that it is impossible to stock them all. During ordering, you can chose to either ship the order complete or ship with back orders. When those back orders arrive, your sales representative can either automatically ship them as they arrive, hold them until all the back orders arrive.

Q. How do I track my orders?

A. Get your tracking numbers electronically Via Email. So make sure we get a good email

Q. What happens to my order if there are items out of stock?

A. If all of the products on your order are in stock, Tallman Enterprises will immediately fulfill the order. Any orders that are only partially in stock will be held until 100% of the order is filled. Requests to ship partial orders must be communicated to your Sales Representative ahead of time.

Q. Can I choose which freight method to use?

A. Yes. Tallman Enterprises offers UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and DHL services.

Q. What about Sales Tax?

A. Tallman Enterprises will charge a California Sales Tax on all orders Shipped to a California Address

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes. Tallman Enterprises does ship internationally. All customs or duties incurred in shipping are the responsibility of the Customer.

Q. How do you handle returns?

A. All merchandise that is returned for convenience is subject to a 15% restock fee. Prior to sending any merchandise back to Tallman Enterprises, you must first contact your Sales Representative to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization number). Via email and explain reason for return within 30 Days

Q. When will my order ship?

A. All orders placed before 12pm PST will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.
